Installation

This aFe Stage-2 cold air intake outflows the factory intake system by 48% for maximum performance gains of 12 hp & 13 lbs. x ft. of torque. This intake utilizes a highly engineered one-piece heat-shield that requires minimal assembly for ease of installation. A heat-insulating, roto-molded intake tube and a 3-angle adaptor improves volumetric efficiency for maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T). Handling the filter duties is an oil-free Pro DRY S synthetic media, washable/reusable, 360 degree radial flow air filter that provides maximum convenience while still retaining high filtration and airflow. Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle free installation. This intake system is made in the USA.

5-1/2″ 360 Degree Air Filter:
This intake utilizes 5-1/2″ Pro DRY S performance air filters for maximum flow. This 3-layer progressive, non-oiled synthetic air filter requires no oils for cleaning for maximum convenience.

Dyno Tested Intake Tube:
The intake tube is designed to maximize air velocity and is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum

One-Piece Filter Housing:
The air filter is housed in a one-piece, black powder-coated 18-gauge heat shield that keeps warm engine air out for maximum performance. This one-piece heat shield uses factory mounting locations and comes with all brackets and hardware for a hassle-free installation.

This intake is 50-state legal for 2012-2016 models. (CARB E.O Number D-550-14/19/22/27).
